Moss Mountain Farms: Bridal party details
Nestled along the Arkansas River is P. Allen Smith’s garden home, Moss Mountain Farm, a magical place known for promoting education, conservation and experiencing what the land provides us.
We share in Smith’s desire to let the land be his inspiration, so we wanted to create a moment that embodied what his farm has inspired in us – celebrating all that is organic and pure. We wanted everything from the groom’s boutonnière to the cuisine to express the rich heritage and organic nature of the farm. These photos of our work caught the eye of Southern Living Magazine.

How many times have you been asked to participate in a photoshoot? How many times have you spent lots of your own money on floral arrangements and bouquets only to wonder, “When am I going to get those photos?” “Will this investment ever turn into $$ in the bank?” or “I’ve donated all this time and money-- what am I getting in return?”
I’m sharing with you why it’s CRUCIAL to have a clear photoshoot contract, why I never shoot without one, and a pdf of the exact contract I use for every photoshoot.
This contract has prevented miscommunication and frustration, and sets clear expectations for everyone involved.
Create a successful photoshoot experience every time.

At every stage of the wedding planning process, contracts and agreements protect and set expectations. For every event, I book my contract labor (or freelancers) as soon as my client contract is signed. Not only does this streamline my planning process, but it ensures I’ll have the help I need to execute the amazing designs I’ve proposed to my clients.
Every freelancer signs an agreement which outlines my expectations and their time commitment. I know when freelancers agree to work with me, they’ll show up! Protect yourself and your clients, and never hire a freelancer without a signed agreement again.
This document is my exact contract labor agreement!
Please note that this contract laborer/freelancer agreement is not an employee contract. This is almost like a verbal handshake agreement between you and the person you’re hiring for the event, just written on paper and signed. This document details what I expect from the freelancer and what they can expect from me so there’s no questions about obligations during the event.
THE BUSINESS BEHIND THE BLOOMS TESTIMONIAL
Hey Jessica! I wanted to let you know (because I have to tell SOMEONE, especially the person who helped me get there) that I surpassed my yearly sales goal of $90,000 and have reached $120,000! I continue to learn so much from BBB, and I know I wouldn’t have reached this goal without the knowledge I learned from you! I want to say thank you! I give a lot of credit to you and BBB for this.
