You have all heard me talk about how I take November off each year to plan for the upcoming year. This is a very intense month of work, but I believe it plays a HUGE part in my continued success and growth each year.
Over the last year, we’ve received countless emails from
“What is your planning month like?”
“What exactly do you do?”
“Would you consider teaching me how you plan for the year ahead?”
“How do you create your annual budget?”
“How do you know what your sales goal is?”
“How are you able to take so much time off each year?”
As always, I will take the month of November to plan for my 2020 year. However, this time around, as I’m working on my own plan, Kellie and I will simultaneously transform the system we use into one we can share with you guys.
This is something I never planned on teaching because it’s a lot of work, but like I said before, it’s crucial to our growth.
